Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WeReferAgents.com and its related services (together, the "Platform"), operated by WeReferAgents ("WeReferAgents", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Platform. Features intended for real estate professionals are for individuals who hold, or operate under, a valid real estate license or who are otherwise authorized to use them. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws, licensing rules, and professional standards that apply to you.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. One person or business per account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Memberships

The Platform offers free accounts and paid membership plans. Paid plans provide monthly Opportunity Credits and additional features as described on the Pricing page. Plan features, allotments, and prices may change; changes apply to future billing periods and will be communicated in advance where required.

5. Opportunity Credits

Opportunity Credits are a limited-use, non-transferable digital feature used to unlock Seller Opportunities. Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are provided solely for use within the Platform. Plan credits roll over for up to three billing cycles and then expire. Additional credits may be purchased. Credits are generally non-refundable once used, except as provided in the Credit Protection Policy.

6. AI Seller Opportunities

Seller Opportunities are informational business opportunities generated by analyzing multiple lawful property and ownership signals together with proprietary scoring and matching technology. An Opportunity Score is a prioritization aid, not a representation of a homeowner's intentions.

You are solely responsible for how you use opportunity data, including compliance with calling, texting, email, do-not-contact, and solicitation rules that apply to your outreach.

7. Referral Network

The Platform lets agents send and receive client referrals and connect with one another. Any referral fee or cooperation arrangement is agreed directly between the participating agents. WeReferAgents is not a party to those agreements, does not set or collect referral fees, and is not responsible for referral outcomes, payment, or the conduct of any agent. Referral-fee suggestions provided by the Platform are informational only.

8. Vendor Marketplace

The Vendor Marketplace is a directory that lets service providers list their businesses and lets agents discover and contact them. Vendors are independent third parties. WeReferAgents does not employ, endorse, or guarantee any vendor and is not responsible for goods or services provided by vendors. Vendor listings may be reviewed and are subject to these Terms and any vendor-specific terms.

9. AI Tools

The Platform provides AI-assisted tools that help you prioritize opportunities and draft content such as bios, listing descriptions, and follow-up messages. AI tools assist you; they do not replace your professional judgment. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before use. See our AI Disclosure.

10. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (profiles, listings, photos, reviews, messages). By submitting content, you grant WeReferAgents a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it to operate and promote the Platform. You represent that you have the rights to the content you submit and that it is accurate and lawful.

11. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by WeReferAgents or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Platform under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Platform for unlawful purposes; scrape, resell, or redistribute opportunity or profile data outside the Platform's intended use; misuse contact information or violate anti-spam, do-not-call, or privacy laws; upload harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access; or misrepresent your identity, license status, or affiliation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it.

14. Payment Terms & Subscription Renewals

Paid memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each billing period until you cancel. Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current. Taxes may apply.

15. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the paid billing period. Subscription payments are generally non-refundable after the billing period begins, except where required by law. Full details are in the Payment & Cancellation Policy.

16. Credit Protection

If an unlocked opportunity contains unusable data covered by our policy, you may request a review, and eligible credits are restored after verification. See the Credit Protection Policy for what qualifies, what does not, and how to submit a request.

17. No Guarantee of Outcomes

WeReferAgents provides tools, data, and connections — not results. We do not guarantee any listing, appointment, referral, sale, or income. Specifically, we do not guarantee:

• that any homeowner is motivated to sell or will respond to contact;
• that you will obtain a listing appointment;
• that you will enter into a listing agreement; or
• that any transaction will close.

Your results depend on your own efforts, skills, market conditions, and factors outside our control.

18. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeReferAgents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

19. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which WeReferAgents maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to resolve disputes in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
