Each opportunity includes an Opportunity Score that reflects the strength of those signals and is intended to help you prioritize your prospecting.

Seller Interest Is Not Confirmed

Seller interest has not been independently confirmed. An Opportunity Score reflects signals and probability — not a homeowner's stated intention to sell.

A high score does not mean a homeowner has decided to sell, wants to be contacted, or will respond. It is a prioritization aid based on data, and homeowners' actual circumstances and intentions may differ.

Agents Are Responsible for Their Own Prospecting

You are the licensed professional. You are solely responsible for your prospecting activities, including how and when you contact homeowners and your compliance with all applicable laws and rules — such as calling, texting, email, do-not-contact, and solicitation requirements. WeReferAgents provides information and tools; it does not contact homeowners on your behalf.

No Promised Outcomes

WeReferAgents does not promise or guarantee:

that a homeowner is motivated to sell;
that you will be able to reach or connect with a homeowner;
that you will secure a listing appointment;
that you will enter into a listing agreement; or
that any transaction will close.

Results depend on your own efforts, skills, timing, market conditions, and factors outside our control.

Data Accuracy & Credit Protection

We work to provide useful, accurate information, but data is imperfect. If an opportunity you unlocked contains unusable data covered by our policy — such as a wrong or disconnected number, the wrong person, a duplicate, or materially incorrect owner information — you may request a credit review under our Credit Protection Policy.
