WeReferAgents uses AI to help you work faster and prioritize better. Depending on the feature, AI can:

Suggest referral partners and explain why a match may fit.
Draft content such as profile bios, listing descriptions, and follow-up messages.
Offer market-informed guidance, such as a suggested referral fee.
Help you organize follow-ups and next steps.

AI outputs are starting points and suggestions. They are generated to support the task you asked for.

What AI Does Not Do

AI does not contact homeowners, clients, or agents on your behalf.
AI does not replace you or your professional judgment.
AI does not make representation, negotiation, or compliance decisions for you.
AI does not confirm that a homeowner wants to sell or will respond.

AI outputs are for informational and productivity purposes only. They are not legal advice, not brokerage advice, not tax advice, and not a guaranteed property valuation.

For legal, brokerage, compliance, tax, or valuation matters, rely on qualified professionals and your own due diligence. Any estimate, score, or figure produced by AI is an aid, not a professional opinion or a guarantee of value or outcome.

Human Review Remains Important

You are responsible for everything you send and do. Always review, edit, and verify AI-generated content before you use it — check facts, tailor messages to your client and market, and make sure your communications comply with the rules that apply to you. AI can accelerate your work, but your judgment is what makes it professional.

Accuracy & Limitations

AI can make mistakes or produce content that is incomplete or out of date. Scores and suggestions are based on available data and models, which are imperfect. Treat AI output as a helpful draft to be checked, not a final answer.

Data Used by AI Features
