As a real estate investor myself, I have remodeled a number of properties. This has allowed me to help my clients by suggesting small, cost effective changes that put the property in the best light. I am also a designer & stager, which has allowed me to sell properties in just a few days for over asking. I treat every client’s property as if it were my own, so before I even show a property I spend considerable time there making sure everything is in the appropriate place & that the house will have the best first impression possible. I hold Master Degrees in both Business & Information Technology & come from an 18+ year career in Information Technology & Sales w/ several Fortune 500 companies, which has enabled me to leverage the many tools & technologies that are available to both buyers and sellers in today’s market. As a sales executive, I was responsible for multi-million dollar quotas and managing relationships w/ key customers & Federal/State agencies. Part of my responsibility included the creation, management & fulfillment of large sales contracts, w/ each contract having it’s own unique characteristics & challenges. This experience has served me well in my real estate career by enabling me to manage multiple parties, timelines and deliverables. I have extensive experience & uniquely service both Los Angeles & the Coachella Valley which has allowed me to maximize market penetration & advertising channels.
