Bradley Salyers

Bradley Salyers grew up in the small town of Parkersburg, WV and attended WVU (Go Mountaineers!). At the young age of 18, he was recognized as the top salesman at the telemarketing company he worked for and was promoted to open and manage a new office in another part of the state. From there, Brad spent many years in management, from sales to the service industry to launching and operating a successful pressure washing company. An entrepreneur by nature, Bradley joined forces with his wife, Tricia Salyers, and grew Waterstone Realty Group into what it is today. An active part of leadership at his brokerage Bradley was on the ALC (Agent Leadership Council) at his former brokerage teaching classes on how to grow your real estate business. He also spends time investing deeply into his community and in his family and their activities (schools, sports, theater). Bradley is the founder of Music at Montague summer concert series in Wilsonville, former PTA council member, graduate of the Citizen Leadership Academy in Wilsonville, and more. Bradley and his wife love to assist clients with buying and selling real estate. He listens carefully to understand each clients unique needs and situation. This enables him to formulate the best strategy to help people achieve their goals. Whether it be selling your home for the most money possible, selling quickly, divorce situations, buying a home and saving money, or purchasing an investment property, Bradley skillfully navigates your transaction with care and compassion. Bradley and Tricia Salyers have 5 kids and live in Wilsonville. Their oldest daughter attends the University of Oregon. Their other children are active in musicals, music, sports, and church leadership in and around Wilsonville.
