NAYDA E. REYES Originally from Bronx, New York, I moved to the state of Florida in 1996 to explore a business venture in the cigar industry. I successfully owned and managed cigar shops in Sunny Isles, North Miami and Miami Beach. In 2005, I saw a great shift and decided to take advantage of the astronomical opportunities in Real Estate across South Florida. I am now a licensed Real Estate Professional with an expertise in Residential, Investments, First time Home Buyer Programs , Relocation, City/State Funding and Grants, Preconstruction, Property Management/Leasing, Realtor Training / Coaching, Development & Acquisitions. During my 10+yrs in Real Estate I earned many awards such as; The Hustle Award, Top Sales Team, The Special Sponsor Designation Award, Excellence Award, Team Captain Award , Rookie of the year Award and Top Sales in South Florida. During this time, I was also recognized by Cambridge Who’s Who. Members of this community are recognized by high level of Achievements and Honors. My certifications and designations include; TRC (Transnational Referral Certification), REO/BPO Certifications. I am currently working on my CIPS designation. It is important for me to stay up to date with changes in Real Estate polices and trends,therefore, I continue to actively seek training in technology and all aspects of the Real Estate Market so you can expect to receive the highest level of support at all times. And aside from work, I love to spend time with my Family & Friends!
