NAYDA E. REYES Originally from Bronx, New York, I moved to the state of Florida in 1996 to explore a business venture in the cigar industry. I successfully owned and managed cigar shops in Sunny Isles, North Miami and Miami Beach. In 2005, I saw a great shift and decided to take advantage of the astronomical opportunities in Real Estate across South Florida. I am now a licensed Real Estate Professional with an expertise in Residential, Investments, First time Home Buyer Programs , Relocation, City/State Funding and Grants, Preconstruction, Property Management/Leasing, Realtor Training / Coaching, Development & Acquisitions. During my 10+yrs in Real Estate I earned many awards such as; The Hustle Award, Top Sales Team, The Special Sponsor Designation Award, Excellence Award, Team Captain Award , Rookie of the year Award and Top Sales in South Florida. During this time, I was also recognized by Cambridge Who’s Who. Members of this community are recognized by high level of Achievements and Honors. My certifications and designations include; TRC (Transnational Referral Certification), REO/BPO Certifications. I am currently working on my CIPS designation.
